Saturn V Flight 1 - 12/19/2020

Maiden flight. Accidentally inserted a C6-5 instead of a C6-3. Launch went smooth. Arched over the top. The extended ejection delay almost cost the rocket its life. Deployed at about 10 feet and a millisecond from impact. Parachute suffered ripped shrouds and tears and the rocket broke off fin D and the LES Tower. All in all, good flight and lesson learned on grabbing the right motor!

Wizard Flight 2 - 12/19/2020

First flight, the Altimeter did not function properly. Second flight had a failed ignition (wrong igniter plug). On flight, nosecone did not eject (motor not taped in and ejected out the bottom). Lawn darted in. minimal damage to nose.

Alpha III Flight 2 - 12/17/2020

A8-3 Another Flawless flight, with only slight cinging on the chute again, even with an extra sheet of wadding (4).

Alpha III Flight 1 - 12/17/2020

Alpha III Maiden Flight A8-3. Launched December 17, 2020. Flight went flawless with ejection at apogee. Landed approximately 50 feet from pad. Slight cinging on the parachute, but re-usable.

Streamer Plus Chute Release 6 Dec 20

BMS 3” School Rocket. Recovery by motor eject streamer and Chute Release set for 300’. Launched at WSR club launch Cedarville OH site. Estes 24mm BP E12-4.
